Product Features
This product is a high hydroxyl value acrylic lotion, which is used for two-component water-based wood paint, curing and cross-linking with water-based isocyanate curing agent, and has the following advantages:
1. High hydroxyl content, excellent hardness of the cured paint film, and fast establishment of early hardness;
2. The minimum film-forming temperature is low, and fewer or no film-forming aids can be added;
3. Environmentally friendly without adding formaldehyde and APEO, solvent-free, low odor;
4. This resin can be directly mixed with water dispersible isocyanate curing agent without the need to dilute the curing agent with water beforehand;
5. Good water and chemical resistance.

Suggested usage
♦ When used in conjunction with water-based isocyanate curing agents, the recommended formula ratio is n (- NCO)/n (- OH)=1.0-2.0. Set n (- NCO)/n (- OH)=1.5 in the experiment.
♦ The curing agent can be used in conjunction with our AQUALINKER series products, as well as other water-based isocyanate curing agents.
Precautions
Please store in a dark, cool, and dry place. The storage temperature should be between 5-30 ℃, and the packaging should be kept intact. The shelf life of this product is six months from the date of production. After six months, it is recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product needs to be strictly protected from frost. After opening the packaging, it is recommended to use it all at once.
